Introducing CloudyCluster, Self Service Elastic HPC in the Cloud

Interested in learning how to provide a familiar HPC environment in the cloud?  In this session, we will demonstrate the flexibility and scalability of CloudyCluster and its ability to provide near seamless execution of on-premises HPC jobs in the cloud.  We will also show how the built-in CCQ meta-scheduler takes care of launching the requisite compute instance, mount shared storage then releases the job to Torque or Slurm for computation.  We will also show how you can launch specialized instances such as GPU and specially priced instances using directives in standard job scripts. Last-but-not-least it cleans up the instances when the job is complete.
