The UCAR Software Engineering Assembly is organizing a technical conference to keep software engineers up-to-date of modern practices and to foster collaboration within UCAR/NCAR and along with our peer institutions. The conference is intended as a forum for broad discussions on multiple aspects of software engineering. The conference is intended to appeal to software engineers and computational scientists working at UCAR/NCAR and at other institutions developing software focused on scientific disciplines (e.g. NOAA, NIST, NREL, universities, SWRI, NASA, DOE, other supercomputing centers, IGES, USGS, etc.)
Full details on the program can be found here.
You can register for the conference or update your registration here. Early bird registration fee is $100, and early bird registration ended on March 30th. The standard registration fee of $200 applies. Registration closes on April 4th at 9:30am MDT.
The conference will be held in the NCAR's Center Green Campus. Note that this is not the iconic Mesa Lab building in South Boulder!
The call for speakers is closed.
The UCAR SEA Software Engineering Conference adapts the UCAR policies for Workplace Conduct and Sexual Harassment to apply to the conference and its attendees.
