code ex5.f90 in example of f90-2/pointers/internal could not be compiled

Hi there,

I tried to compiled the example ex5.f90 in /glade/home/dnagle/f90-2/pointers/internal. But it has problem.

fortcom: Error: ex5.f90, line 26: Object is not a pointer object [PA]
pa( 0:, 0:) => a
